Dawn. Do I really need to say more?
I totally agree with this, but here is the weird thing: I hated Dawn on Buffy, which is a great show, but love when Michelle Trachetenberg is on Gossip Girl — partially because she has the best character on the show, but also partially because she reminds me of Buffy.
