I suppose I didn’t bother with a Pitchfork People’s List because I couldn’t pull up Emma Bunton’s incredible 2003 solo effort Free Me from their database and didn’t want to have to write it in. That’s basically it. You can’t overlook one of the greatest pop masterpieces of the aughts and still call yourself a music publication.
